Live like a local on the Third Thursday of each month as Downtown Hutchinson turns into a celebration of local art, music, and community. Stroll the streets of Downtown Hutchinson and take in the local music and art scene while shopping, dining, and enjoying the month’s featured activities and events. This monthly mini-community festival attracts all ages.

  • Artists

    Ready to showcase your art at Third Thursday? Whether your medium is paint, mixed-media, or anything in-between — we welcome you to join our monthly community celebration and let your creativity take center-stage. If you’re looking to display or sell your art, please contact Jace Chambers, jchambers@hutchrec.com. 

  • Musicians & Performers

    Do you want to set the stage ablaze at Third Thursday? Whether you’re a solo act, band, DJ, or performing group, we’d love to have you be the soundtrack & entertainment of our evening! If you’re interested in performing live at Third Thursday, please fill out a submission form, and we will be in touch!

    Ready to turn Third Thursday into a feast for the senses? We’re on the lookout for food vendors to join in our monthly community celebration. This is your chance to showcase your flavors and become the talk of every foodie in town.     Third Thursday is not just an event; it’s a monthly community celebration! Whether you’re a business, organization, or a tight-knit community group, we invite you to be a part of the magic. From engaging activities to collaborative projects, your participation is the heartbeat of Third Thursday. All community participants are required to fill out the submission form, even if you qualify for free table/booth space. 

    Booth space is free for nonprofits and event participation is free for downtown businesses. All other vendors will be required to pay a $30 booth fee.

    LIVE on Main Street

    Warm up downtown with Live on Main, a January Third Thursday focused on intimate, indoor performances. Local musicians and performers bring Main Street businesses to life, turning shops, studios, and gathering spaces into cozy stages. It’s a night to support local talent, enjoy live entertainment, and reconnect with community during the heart of winter.
